People who hug frequently enjoy happier relationships, better moods, lower blood pressure and less stress than those who do not hug.

Tip#2:  Touch everyone and everything with love.  Hug someone today.

Looking good and feeling good is not all about the physical.  Have you ever met someone who just overflows with love and joy? Have you ever cooked a meal with so much love, that everyone says how delicious it is? Isn’t it a good feeling to just feel loved or to just give love away?

Our sense of well-being is rooted in how we feel about ourselves.  We can consciously choose to touch everyone and everything around us with love  –  everything: our plants, our furniture, our rooms, our clothes, our work; everyone: our children, our colleagues, our parents and grand parents, friends, acquaintances… even strangers!

I am known by those who know me well, to be a huger.  I sometimes get in trouble for hugging but it comes so naturally that it is almost unavoidable.  It is one of the most beautiful feelings – to be able to reach out and touch someone else. When I hug someone, I hug for a moment longer – and in that moment, I consciously let my body feel the love that I have for them.  In a split moment, the energy is transformed into a higher and lighter state of being.

Hugs are a physical demonstration of love and affection between two people. According to a University of North Carolina study by research Karen Grewen, she states that people who hug frequently enjoy happier relationships, better moods, lower blood pressure and less stress than those who do not hug.  Research has also proved that hugs raise your body’s level of oxytocin, a hormone that encourages bonding and hugs also causes drops in levels of cortisol, a hormone related to stress.    The positive emotions created by hugs decrease stress, creating a number of health benefits.

Every single person deserves love by the mere fact that we are all human.  As we give our love to others unconditionally, much more love comes back  to us.  As we feel more love from others, we feel better and better about ourselves.  Looking good and feeling good is not just about the physical – it is also about adding this depth of humanity to our spirits and lifting the energy around us in a positive and uplifting way.

LookGood!!! FeelGood!!!! by touching everyone and everything with love consciously.

Love,

Magdalene
